The Director of ERAIFT, Professor Baudouin Michel, is taking part in the Fifth World Congress of Biosphere Reserves, organized by UNESCO in Hangzhou (China), from September 22 to 26, 2025. This international event brings together experts from around the world to address key issues related to the sustainable management of Biosphere Reserves. On this occasion, the Director will present ERAIFT’s contribution, as a UNESCO Category 2 Centre, to interdisciplinary research, the strengthening of scientific knowledge, and the consolidation of partnerships for the sustainable management of Biosphere Reserves in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
