From September 29 to October 2, 2025, the Regional Postgraduate School of Integrated Management of Tropical Forests and Territories (ERAIFT) took part in a training workshop on scientific writing held in Brazzaville. The event was jointly organized by the Applied Research Program in Ecology and Social Sciences for the Sustainable Management of Central African Forest Ecosystems (RESSAC) and the Central African Forest Research Network (R2FAC).

This continuing training session brought together researchers from universities and research centers across several Central African countries around three key themes: scientific article writing, authorship responsibilities, and publication strategies.

Participants engaged in practical exercises, received methodological guidance, and were provided with comprehensive reference materials to help them improve the quality of their manuscript projects.

ERAIFT extends its sincere thanks to RESSAC, R2FAC, CIFOR-ICRAF, and CIRAD for this fruitful collaboration aimed at strengthening the scientific communication and research ethics skills of young researchers in Central Africa. The institution also expresses its gratitude to the European Union for its continued support and renewed trust.
