From 6 to 7 June 2024, the “Réseau Africain pour le Développement Durable et Intégré (RADDI)”, a network of ERAIFT alumni, ERAIFT, and Olive People, a human resources consulting firm, held the third edition of the ‘Impact Job Days’ recruitment and training fair, in presence and by videoconference. The forum brought together more than 100 participants at ERAIFT and Silikin Village, including students from the 5th Master's class in training, ERAIFT alumni from the African Network for Sustainable and Integrated Development (RADDI) and several young graduates from Democratic Republic of Congo looking to improve their employability.
The event had two objectives: (1) to enable potential recruiters and talented young people to meet and discuss the needs of the professional world, and (2) to inform and discuss trends in the job sector and the best strategies for improving employability and professional development.
